Shudders in the dark, The Joseph Severn story....

pockets. Spraying Jack and Keats, Horseflower took the two now-sleepy
forms and started dragging them out the room.

Petal turned around. Severn was standing there looking quite majestic
in his ***clean*** shirt and Chino combo.
He was holding a large bouquet of flowers in one hand, a box of
chocolates under the same arm, and on closer inspection by Keats, he
was clean shaven.
The three stood there quite shocked. When severn scraped off the
grained in oil and engine fluid, he looked quite... well... damn good
looking.
He was looking hopefully at Petal.
'Uhh, well, uhh, ummm, well, were you talking to me Severn?' Petal
splutterd out, she was findin his deep blue eys quite intriguing.
'Yes, my dear, allow me to take you by the hand and lead you out of
this pit'
'Urhhh, can you give em and Jack a hand to?'
'Yargh! where did you two come from?!'
Keats and Jack looked at each other.
'Very well... yes, ahem... yes, i shall help you all out, my dear, if
you would care to taker my hand?'
Petal raised a hand, and Severn took it Gingerly and helped her out
before heaving the other two out roughly.
He wiped his hands on a towel on a nearby table and made a gesture
for Petal to follow him, she did, leaving the other two on the floor,
confused, tired, and in Keats case, a lil hungover.
