Wild Flower

Who: See title
Where: Wandering around the upper corridors of the BD
When: Late afternoon on a cold Tuesday
=======================
Wildflower stalked up the corridor for about the fourth time that
day. The first time, it had been from the medibay to her quarters
for a well-earned break and sleep. The second time it had been to
return to the medibay, only to find that Keto had come back there and
was cheerfully sorting through his remaining ointment documents.
After doing that, he'd begun cleaning up the medibay...while
*whistling*, for smeg's sake! Wildflower was beginning to grow a
little worried that he might have suffered some sort of mental
breakdown after the clone attacks. Or alternatively, they were being
recorded by some unknown television show and she was the only person
that wasn't informed about it.
After that, she'd headed back to her quarters, beginning to fume.
The Tree was bouncing about, its usual happy self after the medibay
had calmed down. Jasmine was still presumably rooting around in the
cargo decks somewhere for medical supplies, though Wildflower thought
it likely that she'd got distracted by something far more interesting
down there. Wildflower hadn't seen Tara in the medibay for a while,
but she assumed that she'd had more important things to attend to.
...which left Jennifer Wildflower as quite possibly the only
medibay staff member who wasn't actively doing anything. She'd sat
around in her quarters for a while, watching a few old holovids, but
soon she tired of this. She was growing surprisingly restless and,
indeed, irritable. For some reason, everything seemed to annoy her
at the moment.
So she decided to do what most people did when they were stressed
out and itching for conflict of some sort. She headed to Parrott's.
Which led to her stalking up this corridor, a look of tightly
controlled annoyance on her face, glaring at every crewmember that
walked by.
Ordinarily, she would have ducked to one side as Jay and McJohn
came hurtling around the corner, heading for the crew quarters. In
her current mood, however, she just didn't feel like it, with the net
result that she 'accidentally' shoulderbarged Jay as he ran by,
almost tripping him up and causing McJohn to have to skid to a halt
fairly rapidly to avoid running into the back of him.
"Whoops. So sorry," muttered Wildflower, in a tone that made it
obvious that not only was she not sorry, she'd happily repeat the
act. Glancing at the pair briefly, she turned back to head in the
direction of Parrott's.
