Being watched

“Sorry, but what other plan to do is none of my business. As long as it doesn’t interfere with my original plan then I don’t’ care” this had always been his approach to thing and it had been working great so far.

He then paused when she said “I am not sure if you realized this or not, but someone- or rather something- is watching us.”. He certainly hadn’t noticed a thing, but maybe her, as a non-human species, were able to notice other things than him, he wasn’t going to take any chances.

Knowing of this possible thereat he too wanted to prepare himself for a possible attack, but without making it too obvious. But that option was soon blown. As soon as she pulled out her dagger and reattached it to her waist it was to be assumed that, like him, any possible attacker would have noticed it too. Despite his slight annoyance of her far too obvious intentions, he also got a bit distracted when she lifted her dress that high. He tried hard to look away, but it was impossible. It was only when she started to speak again that he was snapped back to reality. “Uhmm… Thanks…” that was all he managed to say, while his right hand slowly moved towards the hilt of his sword, preparing for an attack at any moment.

Though he knew they probably already had been noticed, he tried to discreetly look for whoever might be watching them, but couldn’t see anyone.
(OOC – I don’t mind if there are glass windows or not, because though this game is taking place in a medieval kind of time, there are a lot of fictional things anyway like magic and other sorts of strange things ;) )
