Surprise

Artem, and his horse, were quite surprised when the orc suddenly pushed them all into an alley. Artem didn't even get a chance to protest before another surprise hit him when Winifred said "If we get caught it could mean the death of us. All we are doing is trying to find someone, not risk ourlivesĀ just for the sake to get into a city! If Artem died then I would have played a role in his death. Do you see what a conundrum this is? Do you?!". He stared a little at her for awhile. So she really did care about his safety after all? And he clearly hadn't noticed how much she worried about what and how they were doing things. Of course this wasn't the first time he'd heard her talk about morals, but still it surprised him a little. Maybe he'd simply been working too much by himself to worry that much about what other people around him were feeling and doing.

He then regained his ability to speak and looked towards Gularzob "Well thanks for your kindness, but as I said earlier; this isn't my first time in this city. But that doesn't mean we won't accept your help, because you're right; we sure will get in trouble if we keep looking like foreigners". And when saying foreigners he was thinking that it was more likely that Winifred would stick out in a crowd rather than him, and he'd been here a couple of times before without having any serious troubles. He then smiled a little "We just don't want to be paying as much as your regular costumers for this service.". He knew that if they had to find another to help them to blend in, it wasn't going to be any problem at all and he certainly didn't want to get tricked into paying twice as much for this service just because this orc wanted to 'help them'.
