OOC - Character bio fields

Hello everyone!

I've created a few games here on OW, and joined a few others. And I've noticed different games use different fields on the character biography pages. I like to keep it simple and on my game Stranded on Gallus IX have these:

Occupation
Personality
History

Obviously name, age & gender are mandatory. What other fields are important other than these, and does anyone have tips on the best? A pending character looks like the best (and only) way to judge someone's writing ability before allowing them to join, so I suppose asking the right questions at the start is dead important!
