What Is In The Box?

Tam, recognizing the bag just assumes the box is something Kent had loaded into the truck before being arrested and goes to park her car around the corner before coming back and hopping into the truck. She returns to Serenity's apartment and calls up Kent.

"Hey, I'm in the parking lot out front, come see what I got for you." She said, feeling rather pleased with herself at the moment.

Before Max could even make sense of what was going on, Renee let out a blood curdling scream as she jumped out of her seat. "What is that? What is that? WHAT IS THAT????" She began to point to Bonnie's paw as it poked out of the bag, grabbing for anything it could. Max began to laugh. "That's Bonnie."

"What's a Bonnie???" Renee said as she refused to sit back down.

"Kevin's pet possum. It's okay. She's clean." Max said with a reassuring smile.

"Who the hell has a pet possum? Aren't they garbage diving vermin???" Renee said.

"Bonnie's a sweetheart, I promise." Max said, somewhat annoyed how Renee was reacting.
