The suite was comfortable in the same way one in a hotel was, it would probably do for a while.
The tablet had a guide for new students and residents at Xaviers. There was hefty settling in bursary for clothing and to personalise your living space. There was also reference to having a word with the estate manager, Samuel Guthrie, as there was a considerable quantity of furniture in storage that was free to residents.
Val had said if she didn’t drive one of the faculty would be happy to act as chauffeur her to town and to the outlet stores in Westchester if needed. She could of course simply order what she wanted online and have it delivered here.
After the random movie ended Jenny flopped back and relaxed, it was then that she became aware of a presence somewhere in the house. Whilst not the most modern of buildings the mansion of the Xavier Institute Jenny had not sensed ghosts in the place. And despite her familiarity with the traces of the dead she was not sure that was what she was catching glimpses of.
