19: Shen Li (Min)

I don’t like the idea of spirits, never have, and with good reason I might add. When I was little and every adult in my village had been murdered by one that had followed the fishing boats home.
I am so glad my roommate is not one of those things.
“Well at least when you were floating around you were in your own underwear, and not someone else's,” I said with a smile. “I will make sure the windows are closed and the door is shut. How easy are you to wake up Shen? Will I have to poke you with a stick or something? Do I need to put a mattress under you in case you wake up and plummet? And why the hell am I talking so much?”
I opened a box of tech and it looked exactly like the contents of one of the crates the crew had when me and Aces were on the road. I pushed the open box towards Shen and went to collect another one.
“You and me could work together with our powers, they are not the same but they are complimentary.”
