Addressing Tarmen and Alexis, Voah explained that if she had the right stuff, men’s clothes, charcoal or paint, and perhaps a hat, it wouldn’t be difficult for her to pull off a convincing disguise as a man. She had successfully done so on several occasions in the past. It would at least help her hide in close proximity of the Inquisition.

She also informed them of her skills at tailoring and alteration. If they bought the raw materials, Voah could make them all clothing in Helian the fashion.

She found Ekero to be a fascinating man. He was the shortest, most fair haired and fair skinned native she had seen in Arcadia. As she followed him into his home, she was intrigued by his tables of gadgets and shelved surplus of jars. She could hardly contain her curiosity, in fact, when the man’s back was turned to grab something, she examined a few and found that the vessels of clay and glass were full of strange powders, pastes, preserves and jams that smelled sweet and spicy and reminded her a little bit of home.

Ekero returned with a basket, which she accepted, and he began to speak and motion to a cabinet that held dinnerware. She understood that he wanted her to gather them for the group while he grabbed an assortment of jars and other food stuffs. Voah placed enough in the basket for everyone the group and packed it with clothes and the jars that Ekero enthusiastically handed to her. She smiled at his fervor for he seemed very proud of them. She tried to communicate her thanks for his warm reception and asked if there was anything else that she could help with.

When they made their way back outside, Voah noticed Alexis greeting a boy.
