History

From a rich family, was assigned as a senator as punishment. Having crossed one-to-many politically powerful enemies, Locke was all but banished from Canto Bight. Locke's family has enough money and influence to ensure it looked like he was doing something noble, but Coruscant is not where Locke wants to live.
