Kanya Hides

Who: Kanya Rajan
When: Sometime after we get out of Null Space
Where: Around, ending in Starbug
Kanya was wandering the halls of the ship, looking for a good place to hide
from her father and that unpleasant man on whom he was trying to pawn her
off. She did not want to have dinner with him even though the promise of
Indian food- no matter how horribly simulated- was tempting. So, instead,
she was searching for a place to hide.
Rounding a corner, she found herself before a set of doors. Curious, she
opened them.
There was their ship! Her father's ship. She could hide in there!
She stopped herself after only a few steps though. No, that would be the
FIRST place he'd look. She left the hanger bay and continued on to the next
one, which was empty. The third, however, contained another little ship.
It was kind of cute.
Kanya carefully checked the area to be sure nobody was about, then stood
contemplating her next move at the entrance to the tiny craft. If she went
through with this, it would be the first time she had defied her father.
She didn't like disobeying, but she also didn't like smarmy men, either.
Finally, she made her decision. She climbed aboard the craft and quickly
found herself a little out of the way nitch- which was VERY well hidden
behind some crates and in a pile of soft packing foam- where she could wait.
After only a few minutes, though, she was bored to tears. She should have
brought a book.
She was not aware of falling asleep....
OOC: I'm back, needless to say. And Kanya's hiding in Starbug, just to
clarify. This is set-up for something another character is doing. (Two
characters actually and I can't remember who it was. Well, you know who you
are!)
