OOC - Novella competition reminder

Reminder for the BD 9th Birthday Competition

Hi everyone, I just wanted to remind you that the closing date for the BD's 9th Birthday Novella competition is on the 20th of April.
The competition is to create a short story that is stand alone and is Blue Dwarf/Red Dwarf themed.
Something I didnt mention before is that the story will be judged on "entertainment value" and "Red Dwarfyness".
Starting points – Struggling for ideas? Here are some ideas for your story:
BD/RD crossover
Lister travelling into stasis was a conspiracy to hide nanobots
JMC's first encounter with the Mollopods
Groundhog-day type scenario set on the BD, caused by stasis leak (I'm suggesting this because it would be dead hard to post about on BD normally!)
Ace Rimmer encounters the Hymenoptera
Kryten's early years (maybe on the BD?)
