Pancake - Zombie overload

Who: Davie, Justin, Hollywee, and Zombies.
Where: Alternate Blue Dwarf
When: After Justin met Davie
<snip>
"You coming he?" Davie asked Justin, who was still standing in the corridor, dazed. Justin snapped out of his trance and walked briskly, following Davie into the room.

Justin turned his head slowly towards Davie, and nodded. Davie leaped in first, firing at several Zombies that immediately jumped out on him, shooting them quickly through the heads, splattering blood-red holographic pixels everywhere.
Two zombies crept up behind him. "Justin, have you got my back?"
Justin wasn't anywhere to be seen. He was stood outside contemplating his options.
"Justin?"
The zombies behind Davie got a smack to the head, and then a bullet to the brains as they bend over. But more were coming, each one getting closer. If this kept up, Davie soon wouldn't be able to keep them all off.
"Justin!" He called.
Then, just when he thought Justin had abandoned him. He was there. A boot caught a zombie in the head, only inches away from Davie's face. "You took your time." he complained.
Justin sniggered, then tripped the zombie and stamped on its neck to hold it down while he shot it in the head. Pixels exploded all over the floor, and were quickly deleted as the hologram faded away.
"I had to come up with a plan." Justin said. "What we're going to do is overload the Holographic Projection Suite.
"How?" Davie asked.
"I'm glad you asked. We're going to make more zombies."
"What?!" Davie asked, turning to face Justin. "Are you insane?"
Justin shook his head. "Think of it as a computer, the more holograms it creates, the more processor intensive it is. There's a reason out Blue Dwarf can only sustain one hologram. If we create enough zombies it'll eventually crash."
Justin was immediately typing commands into the computer. Davie continued shooting more zombies. Suddenly there were more zombies, twice the amount, then there were quadruple the amount. No matter how many Davie killed, four appeared in its place.
"Stop killing them." Justin said.
"I can't, or they'll kill us both!" Davie said, and tried to stays still. The more zombie appeared, the slower they got. Davie stood with his pistol out ready to fire at them, but he didn't shoot.
More and more zombies appeared, forming a dense wall of them all around the projection room they were in. They tried to attack but they froze, and all glitched as the computer couldn't cope.
"Its overheating!" Justin shouted. "It's going to blow."
"The entire room?"
"Yes, The entire room!" Justin said, then looked up. "Oh smeg." He didn't think about the wall of hundreds of zombies surrounding them. How were they going to get out?
Luckily the zombies were frozen and it didn't look like they were capable of fighting. Davie barged through a wall of twenty just before the holographic projection suite exploded.
Everything went white as they hit the ground.

Who: Justin, Davie and Potential
Where: Between realities
When: Same time
Everything was white, there seemed to be no walls or even ceiling. Dave and Justin could only see each other until a new person arrived. He was a tall man with bushy eyebrows and wore a cape.
"Justin." He said.
"Whose that?" Davie asked.
Justin groaned. "Oh not him again!" He folded his arms and turned the other way.
"Justin, I wanted to tell you that there's another way."
"Blah blah blah, do you think I'm going to listen to your bullshit anymore?" Justin said.
Davie looked from one man to the other. "I don't understand what's going on!"
"He's like the ghost of Christmas future" Justin said. "He used to tell me that I would be Captain of the first Human/Hymenoptera spaceship, but it turns out he was full of bullshit. The Hymenoptera are now all dead."
"Don't you want to hear what I have to say?" Potential asked Justin, but Justin kept his back turned to him.
"Nope. Because you're a dick."
"Don't you want to know your future?"
"Nope."
Potential sighed. "Alright. Well I'd better tell you this one thing. There's been some cock-up. Somehow this parallel dimension has become intertwined with your own. I blame Annie, Annie blames me. Anyway we're fixing it. You might notice some seepage."
"Seepage?" Asked Davie.
"Yes, a few zombies here and there. It's not a problem, we're fixing it."
"Zombies seeping through into our dimension isn't a problem!!" Justin said, turning around to face the large eyebrowed time-traveller. But by the time he'd turned, he was gone.
----------------------------------
Who: Justin and Davie
Where: Normal Blue Dwarf
When: A few minutes later
Justin and Davie both groaned as they picked themselves up from the floor. "What did that man with the large eyebrows mean?" Davie asked.
"He meant there would be more zombies."
"But I thought we blew them all up."
"Ahh... well..." Justin started. "I noticed something just before the holographic projector started to overheat. That parallel Blue Dwarf had two holographic projection suites, the second one was set to come online if the first failed. Which means-"
"More zombies." Said Davie.
<tag Davie, do we see any zombies immediately? Shall we rebel against the Captain and go to the planet? >
--------------------------------------
Where: The planet of New Buckinghamshire
The same blue electrical sparks that Davie had seen in the Wormhole Drive generator appeared in the underground power station. The room was situated a few levels above where Seymour, Efof and Brittany were.
Out of the blue sparks came one holographic zombie, then another... and another.
<Tag! You have lava beneath you, and zombies above!>
