I am writing a novel called "Chameleon 9" and I
request to use (with permission) the following
*personalities*:

Penny Lloyd
Dr. Charles Keto
What I mean by personalities is that they act, and
behave a lot like the aforementioned characters, only
with a different name. The only person I want to
borrow the name of is:
