Major Harris 'A title with no relating to the post'

Harris followed Cauty into the aft section of the ship, she had come to him because she had heard a noise in here and suspected it may be a bug.
At least it wouldn't be one of those ground based bugs or 'scout' bugs, Harris throught to himself as he removed a large hammer from the wall, god knows what it was doing there but as he was out of ammo he needed a weapon just in case.
On his way to the aft section of the ship Harris saw Kayn playing some card game with three other people. From some strange reason Harris' mind thought of the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future, god knows why. Not only that but he had heard that digital ghost Febuggure was muttering something about 'The Plan'.
Harris and Cauty began to search the engine section of the ship together, at least then one of them might pickup on something the other missed.
They continued to search for another twenty minutes when Harris heard a hissing and looking up he saw this thing hanging onto the ceiling above him. As luck would have it, it was a bug, but unlike the bugs they already encountered it was only about eight-foot in length but still looked something like a cross between a cockroach and a mantis.
The bug dropped from the ceiling and was about to spear Harris with its' claws when the Major swung back and then belt it around the head, knocking it clear off and it went flying. The bloody dropped forward dead and spilled that vile purple liquid over Harris' boots.
Harris watched as Cauty slowly and carefully turned the body onto its' back and commented. "What the hell!"
"What?" Harris enquired.
"These are lungs." Cauty said pointing at the strange formations in the bug's chest.
"But insects don't have lungs right?" Harris enquired.
"That's what keeps them small." Cauty said. "Help me get this to the main section."
"Why?" Harris asked.
"I am going to study it!" Cauty said.
Goody, Harris throught, a chance to learn more about the bug by hacking it up.
