You wish you had this job~!

Acting Captain Allie Fletcher marched into the Drive
Room, her head held high, wearing her freshest and
more dignified uniform. She hummed a proud tune.
"Morning, my staff," she said to the room.
The officers, still half-asleep, gave her a strange
stare.
"For the next few days, I will be your Acting
Captain, and you will be my Acting inferiors," she
continued. "And I'm guessing it will be an act you'll
all be splendid at."
"But White Wolf is our Acting Captain," Ashley the
Blond replied. "You're just Acting First Officer."
"Yes, that was true yesterday, but today is a new
day. White Wolf will be taking a 'short' vacation,"
she chuckled, "leaving me incharge. Right, Holly?"
The computer gave her a funny look. "I don't
remember this."
Allie tapped her foot. "Yes, you do. It happened not
an hour ago in my quarters."
"Really?"
"Yes, really," she snapped.
"You sure?"
She raised an eyebrow. "I'm sure that if you don't
remember in 5 seconds, I'm going to make my first
official order that you be erased and replaced with a
mentally deficient ice-skating mongoose."
"Yeah, I remember now," Holly quickly agreed, adding
a nervous chuckle. "How could I forget a thing like
that?"
Allie clapped her hands once for attention. "Right.
Okay staff, first order of business: to celebrate my
temporary assignment, your next cup of coffee is on
me. Then-"
There was a loud cheer from the other officers, and
within moments, they were all gathered around the
coffee maker. They chattered and gossiped.
Allie noticed only Holly was still paying attention
to her. She shook her head. "I should have said the
second part first and the first part second. Great,
I've lost them for the whole day. Holly, if they're
not all back in their positions within 30 minutes,
turn on the sprinklers in here."
"The Captain's Office, too?" Holly pondered.
"No, just the Dive Room." She turned.
"Why not the Captain's Office, too? It's attached."
"Because that's where I'm going to be, Hol."
