When : After Cerebum left with Psych posse
Were : The missle complex
It had taken Phil about half an hour to blast his way through to the site where the missle was.
"whatIdon'tundertsandiswhyareweherewhencrecrumwasgoingtodothejobinthecontrolcentre?" asked jay.
Tara, who just basically understood what Jay said replied "Well, Phil thinks that it allways helps to have a backup plan...."
"Plus i didn't want Cerebrum sussing out about EP...."
"Howisheinthere?" asked Jay
"Not too bad. I rekon as long as I don't get anymore heachaces or knocks to the napper, I'll be able to hold control...for now anyway.."
One more laser blast and the LW's were inside the missle complex. A few alarms were going off still, and a guard was looking very surpisred at a few humans who'd just walked in.
"whh...who Who are you?" he asked.
Tara choose that moment to morph into a higher ranking Pleb and took the guard to one side whilst Jay and Phil started work on the missle.
A small laser blast and a panle was off the side of the missle. There was a handy countdown inside. It read 4:59:30.
"Cool. We have about 5 hours to figure out how to shut this thing down..." Phil said to Jay.
Tara returned to the boys and stood back, keeping a look out. She sneezed, then for some reason morphed into a cat. She then jumped up onto Phils shoulder and started to rub her head against Phil's neck.
** 10 argument and cat filled mins later **
"Lookit'seitherthebluewireortheredwire..." said Jay.
"Which one do I cut?"
Tara just meowed.
"Allright. Sod it. I'm cutting a wire..."
Phil then lasred a wire.
"Jay..."
"Yesphil?"
"Grab the cat..."
"Why...."
Phil just pointed.....the counter now read 2:00:00 and was dropping fast.....
"RUN!"
