A person with short red hair walked into the medi-bay
"Hi i'm Jasmin Starbolt im the new nurse" Jasmin said. Tara finished stitching up a head wound on a non vital crewmwmber and pulled off the bloody gloves before shaking hands
"Hi, im Tara deputy medical officer. This is Hazel, Jenny and Pink tree" The respective people waved as they were mentioned with the exception of the tree who bounced up and down and rustled
*Rustle rustle!*
"Shut up tree.... only the medi-bay people can understand him, although I don't know who would want to" The tree's branches drooped "Oh god i'm beginning to sound like Keto" Jasmine looked a bit awed by the whole madnes of the department "Don't worry you'll get used to it, we hardly ever get time off. I missed a date with my husband because Charlie.. i mean Dr. Keto kept me working here. He's in his office by the way doing paperwork so don't disturb him.... oh and one more thing don't touch any of his ointments ... they are very unreliable" Tara turned to another waiting patient
"Who shall I treat first?" Jasmine asked
