For thee who is confused ...
I mean that I want you to start work on the 5th of January 2101 (Same days as 2001 - so you start on Friday). And you won't be a sales rep (unless promoted). For now you will be just a cash register guy/shelf stacker etc. If you do a good job and Interstellar Marines don't come charging in looking for you you shall be promoted to sales rep or even sales manager.
