"Gareth, this is Ceriden. I need to ask you something. How do you feel about what I just did, or well, what I just made?"

The question came as a complete surprise to him. Usually no one ever asked of his opinion. He gave Ceriden a quick glance, but not long enough for Sabina to notice. "... It was an impressive proof of your skill" he answred quietly, playing it safe with just a compliment. Not that he had a problem with Ceriden creating the wraith, but he knew just how dangerous it could be to let your opinion known as a slave. It wasn't because he had any reason not to trust Ceriden, he just didn't want to take any chances.

He also had a question that he would like to ask Ceriden, though he did not know if it would be wise to do so. After having hesitated for quite a while he quietly tried ask, not sure if Ceriden would even hear it or not "I apologise in advance because I know I shouldn't be asking you this, but.. That book of spells Sabina.. my master.. carries around... If that's the only thing you want from her, then why haven't you just taken it from her and left?". This didn't make sense to him. One as powerful as Ceriden shouldn't have any problem at all with taking a book from a human girl. He knew he shouldn't be thinking like that, but that just appeared to be the most logical solution. Though if Ceriden really did just take the book, then he would end up alone with Sabina and though it would be easy just to kill her, what then? He had no idea of what to do of he was left on his own since he had nowhere to go and if anyone found out about his true nature they probably would kill him.
