Tam smiled at Kent. "I parked it around the corner." She couldn't help but keep smiling, feeling a sense of pride at being able to do this for him. "I... I should tell you something... I threatened your father." She grimaced and smiled a smile that said "I know I did bad but I really don't actually feel bad."

At some point Chris woke up with the need to answer the call of nature. Once he was done he felt thirsty and decided to go ask Serenity if she had any juice and proceeded to walk in on her and River trying on skating outfits.

"Oh wow." Chris said as he rubbed his tired little eyes. "You're very pretty, Serenity." He then smiled the most innocent smile ever smiled.

Max frowned and looked at the vet in surprise and then to the truck outside and finally put two and two together. "Do you have a daughter, by any chance?"
