Hiding With A Possum

Kent enjoyed the hug, just happy to feel Tam close. His internal happiness only grew when he heard what Veronica had to say. "Thank you, ma'am." He stated and held onto Tamara's hand tightly. Letting out a heavy sigh, Yazuhiko shook his head. "Well, the schedule I set up is a good bit more lenient. You'll still be practicing Monday through Friday, but not as long and you get the weekends off to rest." He explained with a kind smile. Paul arched an eyebrow in confusion. "Why in God's name would I kick his ass? My daughter raped him." He retorted with a sigh. "I came to let you know I have no intentions of pressing charges or anything. Layla is under some false belief that she's in love with your blond friend."

Groaning, Kevin was quick to slip into the bathroom and hide there, taking Bonnie with him. Hugging and petting the possum, he ignored the knocking his father kept doing to the door.

Mrs. Andrews stepped up next to Max, giving this Paul a stern look. "I've never seen a man so exhausted in years. Let him in, Max." She insisted.
