HARRY RUTHERFORD
Harry was impressed with Ayala. Not only could she accept that there was stuff she didn’t know, but she could prioritise knowing that she didn’t have to know everything there and then. She knew that here they didn’t need to kill but had deduced there might be exceptions to that rule. Harry assured her that if the police showed up he would let her know.
He realised that her assessment of DeeGee might well have some truth in it, but he couldn’t help the fact that she rubbed him up the wrong way. But he took Ayala’s advice, about giving her some patience too, she had good instincts and that was a hell of a talent to have.
“We need to localise this, to me this feels like something, a spirit, has escaped from the afterlife. These evil spirits target and bond with humans with heavy darkness in them, they have affinity for murderers. And they join with them. The human will not be aware of this possession but over time they become unified. And powerful.”
