12: Ni-Bump-ght - Part Two (Noah)

When Ayala and Jenny entered the exercise room of the dojo, Noah was in the process of beating the living daylights out of a tall punchbag. They saw a series of unbelievably fast punches impact the upper part of the bag, followed by a roundhouse kick that left a hefty dent in it. They almost felt the impact of the kick when it landed.
"So Noah. What exactly will be training in? What equipment will we be using?" Jenny said.
"You will be using protective equipment, body protector and headgear, this is a combat training session. If you do not want to combat train the door is over there."
