Jiyn listed to everyone's reactions and he could tell the young noble was not thinking straight. Whatever he had sacrificed for the vision he was given was surely affecting him.

Hendrick's offer had been one they all could have used. Before the older guard had proposed a common silence Jiyn had wondered what he could do to keep the man from reporting what had happen. He was among the 4 the one with less to explain or worry about.
He moved his hand to the hilt of his short sword. Jiyn had been raised in the Shrine-Cities of Mizar. The Arbiter would not be "angry" if she found out. She would burn everything out of them to find out exactly what had transpired. Dealing with magik-weavers carried the pain of death...

And when he thought the one they had to worry about was Hendrik reporting what happened, this Wim fellow looked like he was going to be the one putting them all in danger.
Jiyn saw the old guard doing his best to ignore the noble.

"I didn't know she was a witch when she offered us a place by her fire." Jiyn heard the city guard answer Islana. "Plus three is likely still a murderer on the loose." He said reminding everyone why they had been out here in tye first place. Everyone expect Wim, who had simply turned up at the clearing.

He smiled at Islana when she spoke to him. He liked the young girl. She seemed wise beyond her years. And that wisdom had probably come at a price he thought.

The idea of a pact interested him but looking at Wim he was not sure that silence was be an option.
