Hitting the Books pt. 1

JP between Cindy, RedSword7, and LucianNepreen

After the tour, Vor had drifted from the others to find his way back to the library. With the free time they had, he wanted to check the Baron’s resources in case any more could be found of this mysterious cult. He would see about asking about the insane doctor when they met again, but he was genuinely curious about a group that venerated his culture, yet it seemed his own people either hid it or didn’t even know of them at this point.
So he began looking over the tome, quickly losing himself in the wealth of knowledge.

Elizabeth had asked Sung to accompany her to find Vor, "I would lay bets that he is perusing the library." That is where she would likely spend much spare time, if she had much to spare. The Arundan did seem to enjoy that kind if research as much as she herself did.

They made their way to the library. The building was treasure of information, as it was meant to be more of a research library.

A pleather of books on different lands, geography, cultures, languages, native plants, native medicinal practices, history and religions
Science, technology and magic had sections, and the magic section was more related to the history of it, all three sections were pale in comparison to the guilds collections.

Still it was the kind of place that one could lose themselves for hours in. And anyone that spent any length if time would notice, every book had, at least, two copies: one in English and one in French.

Elizabeth gave a nod to the Eldren behind the front desk, who nodded back, before entering the stacks. It took about two minutes but only about that long to find Vor.

"Greetings, Mr. Vor'Aster. " Elizabeth greeted him in a friendly, but quiet voice, fitting for the location. "I see you are making good use of your time here. This library is a personal favorite of mine."

Shaken from his studious trance, Vor nearly dropped the book upon hearing Lady Elizabeth’s quiet voice near him.
“Ah, greeting my Lady. Lord Sung,” he gave a respectful nod to the other figure he hadn’t noticed,” Yes, I wanted to see what else could be found of this cult and its current followers, if that is what they are. My time here so far has also helped me understand France better as a whole, even learning a bit more of the language with the help of the translated books. Might I ask what brings you here?”

"Well, I was actually looking for you and made an educated assumption that you might be here." Elizabeth explained. "I have an opportunity for you within the team I believe you would be the perfect fit for."

This peeked his brow, placing the tome into its place to give her his full attention.
“I am at your service, my Lady. What did you have in mind?”

"Come let us sit, for a moment." Elizabeth found a small table with some chairs, and took a seat. She waited for Vor and Sung to sit before she spoke up again. "I need a researcher. The kind of research you are doing in relation to the cult. Book research." She continued. "I will need that job done for many things certainly including places we will go, cultures, languages, history, all of those types of subjects. It is the kind of job, I would enjoy myself but I just do not have the time." She gave a brief pause. "Is that a job you would be interested in?"
