The Escape

JP with Redsword, Lucian and Cindy

Suddenly, one of the door guards burst through the doors. "What is it?" Antinea asked.

"We're under attack." The guard exclaimed.

Sung knew things were going not in a good direction and was not sure if he should blow his cover. He stepped next to Vor with his leather case with him. "Do you have a way to get My Lord out of here?" asked Sung he did talk with urgency but not a hint of panic.

A sudden uproar arose from the crowd, the last thing needed was a panic, and Antinea knew it. Raising her arms in front of her with her palms facing forward, "Everyone remain calm."

"What if they come in here?' One of the members called out.

"Staniadis," Antinea ordered the man, "Wait five minutes after I leave and then send them through the tunnels."

Antinea looked at Dr. the three still kneeling, "You three we'll do your penance at the next meeting. Dr. Lamaire please leave with me." Antinea then turned to Ritikios. "Please my Lord, you, your assistant and Iris come with me, I can lead you to safety."

Ritikios stood with a serene calm despite the unraveling chaos, signaling for Iris to follow him. With a quick look to Sung, he motioned looked to Antinea.

“By all means then, lead the way.”

Sung would stay near Vor and watch the Ki around him to see if Sung could detect Elizabeth at the same time leaving a trail of magic trace behind as well hopping Elisabeth could pick up on it. Sung stayed to the front of Vor with his leather case in his left hand as he went following Antinea with some speed.

Antinea led them through the door she had come out of earlier, this was a door off towards the front of the room, not the same as the large storage area Vor and Sung had seen yesterday.

When it entering it became clear this was part of the elaborate tunnel system under Paris. This area had become converted so a few private rooms had been made out of the natural alcoves.

They walked straight for a ways then came to an area where the options were left, right or straight ahead. Lamaire went straight, Antinea though led Vor, Sung and Iris towards the left.

Ritikios slowed as the two cultists parted ways, considering making a fuss in order to find out where the Dr. was running.

Perhaps at a better time they could return, making a mental note of it as they continued through the tunnels.

Antinea's concern was clearly Ritikios, over the two with him, as long as he kept following her she kept moving.

The sounds of others started echoing through the tunnels, despite everyone being fairly quiet. Yet, it seemed as if no one else was coming down this particular tunnel.

The tunnel went on a slightly incline, then another turn and suddenly the site of skulls, long since dead appeared. This seemed to be one of the
catacombs, though not one tourists had ever inflatrated.

Antinea stopped in front of a wall, barren of any skulls. "You should be safe, if you exit here."

She went to one of the skulls that had slight crack in it. The skulls was different than others, as it appeared to be fake, made out if what looked like wood and animal bones. It was crafted well enough that a quick glance and it was fairly indistinguishable from the others. Longer than that and it became apparent the skull was fake.

Antinea pulled on the skull; an hidden door slid open revealing the outside. She then said, "Please, hurry along and be careful." It seemed as if Antinea was not going with Ritikios or the ones with him.
