Wrapping It Up

"Tattoo?" Cass queried, looking up. Jade shuffled uncomfortably on the metal floor and grimacing, turned enough so that Cass got a look at her scalded shoulder. Looking she was able to see the rose through the red angry skin.

"It's a Black Jade..." The Doctor said, "Abby thought it was a great idea..." She leant back down again as Cass smirked. The effort having exhausted her for the moment. A wave of dizzyness and a hot prickly feeling coursed though Jade. Her heart fluttering unsteadilly again.

"I'll make sure they touch that up too." Cassandra looked up at Jade, concern flashing briefly through her features.

"I lost a lot of blood..." Her vision began to grey and tunnel. "I'm going to black out again now."

Jaxx and Evelina secured Phil's unconscious body to a column in the middle of the room. Then Evelina asked, "Do we have any more ropes or locks to keep him from moving?" Jaxx pondered for a moment and then said, "Dunno Eve babe lets look and stuff." The two GELFs rummaged through the storage closets and found quite a few useful and not so useful items. Jaxx got excited as he found his holowhips and said, "Sweet." Then Jaxx put them back in his back holster.

Evelina found more rope and a few storage locks to help bind Phil's body better. Jaxx said, "Alright Eve babe." Evelina smiled as they bound Phil up even more. Then Evelina pulled out some coats from the closet and put one on since she was still wet and a little cold. As Evelina offered Jaxx a coat he said, "No thanks Eve babe I'm not cold but we could give them to the others." Evelina nodded and they pulled out the coats and put them nearby for the others to get when they wanted.

Then Jaxx asked, "Hey Eve babe can I have the nano thing?" Evelina nodded and said, "Sure," as she reached into her pocket and handed them to Jaxx. Then Jaxx said, "Thanks Eve babe your the best." Jaxx and Evelina walked over to Katrina as she was adjusting some controls. Jaxx nervously rubbed the back of his neck as he said, "Hey uh Mrs. C? Eve babe here managed to trick that Queeg dude outta some nano things. So maybe you can use them on Jay dude and stuff." Evelina looked at Jaxx with a shocked look on her face as he handed the vial to Katrina and walked back to rummage through the closets again.

Evelina was still shocked and speechless as Katrina thanked her. Evelina then went back to help Jaxx rummage. After a minute she whispered, "Jaxx why did you lie to her?" Jaxx whispered, "It was like easier than the truth." Evelina looked confused at Jaxx and said "How so you almost died?" Jaxx lowered his head and said softly, "Cause they don't like me Eve babe. I did bad things and they are still afraid of me, even if they pretend to be nice and stuff. They still like have a grudge and stuff. I can totally see it in their eyes." Evelina said, "I'm sure if they knew your different they would......." Jaxx put his hand on Evelina's mouth and nodded as he said, "Maybe one day Eve babe. For now just let it be. All I need to keep going is your pretty smile." Then Jaxx found a metal canister labeled CK421. Jaxx looked at the canister and said, "Whats this?"
