So Close and Yet...

JP with Jaxx

Kyle was happy as he walked with Justin to Justin's room. It had been a good night for him and having pizza with his friends had been fun.

They really could have gone to either room as Kyle's roommate Matt was probably going to be a while. It seemed like the majority of the group were coupling.

As they reached Justin's room, Kyle smiled at the other boy and waited for him to open the door.

Justin was humming some in his head as he pulled out his key from his pocket. He was in a very good mood and was looking forward to some alone time with Kyle.

"But shoot it in the right direction
Make making it your intention
Live those dreams
Scheme those schemes
Got to hit me (hit me)
Hit me (hit me)
Hit me with those laser beams
Laser beam
Relax
Don't do it
Relax
When you wanna come (come)"

Justin slowly unlocked his door before opening it and looking inside. He smiled when he saw that Jack was not there. That meant he was still dealing with Ashley and the third party who won him in the auction. He felt bad for Jack but had no desire to get involved unless Jack was desperate for it. Some people needed to deal with their own issues or they would never learn from them. Justin then looked at Kyle as he smiled at him.

Justin: Looks like we are alone.

Justin had a sly smile on his face as he invited Kyle inside and hung a door hanger on the door with the "Do not Clean" side facing outwards. This was a warning for Jack to not enter the room since Justin had a guest. So if Jack did come by he would need to text Justin out of courtesy. Justin then pointed at his bed and smiled at Kyle.

Justin: Have a seat. Would you like to hear some music?

Kyle grinned as Justin commented they were alone.

Kyle glanced around the room for just a second and then sat down on the bed. As for the music, "Sure. I'm always up for music."

Justin nodded as he connected his phone to his bluetooth speaker and set up a song to play. He scrolled through a few songs till he found one that fit the mood and played it.

Love Song

As the song played Justin began to sway a bit. He was feeling the mood and beat of the song before he turned to look at Kyle with a playful grin.

Justin: It's retro but classic. What do you think?

Justin continued to slowly dance before Kyle.

Kyle grinned as he watched Jack move to the music. "I think I like The Cure even better now."

Kyle's music tastes were wide and varied and he knew this song very well.

He stood up and moved closer to Jack, taking the other boy's hands in his, "I'm also thinking maybe we should dance together."

Justin smiled as Kyle took his hand. He simply nodded as he spoke up.

Justin: I thought you would never ask. I am dying to see your dance moves.

As the two danced Justin gazed into Kyle's eyes as he swayed to the beat. The connection between them was strong and Justin was using a lot of self control to keep his urges in check. He knew better than to rush a good thing. To him love was like a fine dessert, in that it needed the proper time and effort to set correctly and could be ruined in a moment.

Kyle started out dancing with Justin by holding hands but, in one smooth move, he moved closer putting his arms around Justin's waist.

Kyle moved easily with Justin's moves. He also could feel the connection between them. Just being here with Justin felt right and Kyle knew to not rush it.

Kyle said quietly; "You know you're a good dancer."

Justin smiled at Kyle as he replied.

Justin: Thanks. You are good yourself. I took dance classes during my travels. Sadly I don't get to show them off too much these days. How about you? Where did you learn to dance?

Justin was enjoying the mood as he swayed with Kyle. Granted it was hard to maintain his self control but the dancing and conversation helped.

"Thanks," Kyle smiled, "I took some dance lessons, as well, when I was younger. I also learned some moves from some of the music artists my Dad works with."

Kyle was enjoying this. He had other feelings he was keeping in control but dancing with Justin was really nice.

Justin: Damn you are sexy. Would I be out of line if I asked you to be a model for my fashion project at the end of the year? In return I would be happy to offer my fashion skills to your film project. Sorry, I am just rambling on. You don't have to answer now, just mull it over till it happens.

Justin blushed red as he was as giddy as a school girl. He was really fighting the urge to touch Kyle's muscular chest.

Kyle was actually a little surprised at the proposal to model for Justin. "I'll think it over but I certainly might be willing to."

They kept dancing and Kyle was really close to Justin. With their bodies moving near each other and being they certainly gotten past the first kiss stage; having kissed a few times. Kyle moved his lips closer to Justin, kissing the other boy.

Justin was a bit shocked by the kiss but he found himself unable to resist as his arms lifted up and wrapped around Kyle to pull him closer. Poor Justin lost his self control and melted into Kyle as he began to kiss with a lot more passion. Then Justin's legs turned to jello as he fell backwards onto his bed and pulled Kyle with him and then resumed the passionate kiss.

The kiss turned more passionate and suddenly Kyle was being pulled on to the bed; where it continued.

There was no time, no world just the two of them and this moment. This moment and this embrace. Kyle didn't want this moment to end.

Justin was mentally out of it as he was kissing Kyle like his life depended on it. This moment was everything he ever wanted and he wanted it to last forever. Sadly being a teen many things came along with moments like this such as the morning after, the awkwardness after the reality kicked in and the occasional interruption. Sadly the latter was the one to come up as several loud knocks hit the door followed by a voice.

Staff: Your dry cleaning is ready.

Justin pulled away to collect his bearings and then began to giggle as the moment was ruined. He then replied while Kyle was still on top.

Justin: Okay thanks. Give me a second.

Justin looked at Kyle with a sigh.

Justin: Sorry but I do need to get that.

Kyle laughed at the interruption. He rolled off of Justin, to let the boy get up. Kyle then sat up on the edge of the bed and sighed slightly but found the interruption amusing at the same time.

He fixed his hair slightly to make it not look like they had been making out because doing so, in a dorm room, could get them both in trouble. In fairness to all the couples the school had strict policies about these things.

Justin got up chuckling and looked in the mirror to his hair before opening the door. He greeted the staff member and traded his ticket for the dry cleaning in the plastic bags. It was the school uniforms he had cleaned earlier. Since the school used the service he found it useful since he needed a clean uniform everyday. Justin then closed the door and locked it before he smiled at Kyle and hung up his clothes in the closet. Then Justin paused for a moment and then turned around and jumped out of the closet as he did jazz hands.

Justin: Ta Da! How is this for coming out of the closet?

Justin then laughed at his silly joke and looked at Kyle as he gave him a sly smile.

Justin: So before we got stopped, what was on your mind?

Kyle laughed at Justin's joke. "That certainly would be a way to do it."

He raised a brow at Justin's question. "Well, you could come back over here and I could show you."

Justin gave Kyle a sly smile before he spoke up.

Justin: I think you are just trying to sweet talk me so you can have your way with me.

Justin gave Kyle a little head wiggle as he was playing hard to get.

Kyle smirked, "Maybe. You have a problem with that.

He was playing along having fun with this but he didn't move off the bed.

Justin bit his bottom lip as he sauntered over to Kyle and crawled on the bed over to Kyle and smiled at him as he pondered if this was a good idea then spoke up.

Justin: You are gonna get me in trouble.

Kyle smiled. "Oh? Or maybe you're gonna get me in trouble. I suppose we could just get each other in trouble."

He so wanted to pick up where they left off but left it for the moment wondering what Justin would do next.

Justin smiled as he teased Kyle a bit to make things fun. Then he leaned down to kiss Kyle again only to have his phone go off. He chuckled as he admitted defeat and got up to look at his phone. He sighed as he realized who was calling him. He gave Kyle the hand sign for being patient as he answered it.

Justin: Hey mom. What's up?

Justin forced a smile as he listened to his mom go on and on about various stuff. He smiled at Kyle who was being patient with him as he gave his mother simple one word answers which lasted a good five minutes.

Kyle just shook his head as they were interrupted, yet again. He heard the word "mom" and Justin taking the call made sense.

Being interrupted was too funny to be annoying. He waited patiently and managed to somehow not laugh at the absurdity of it all.

As Justin was talking to his mom, Kyle's phone indicated he had a text. He looked down and it was from Dawn. Knowing Justin was busy; Kyle took the text and spent a few minutes texting with Dawn as he waited for Justin to finish his call.

After a while Justin finished his conversation with his mom and sighed as he hung up. He looked like he was worn out from the conversation as he stretched his neck and tried to pop it with his hand. Then he slowed down his breathing till he could regain his composure before he smiled at Kyle.

Justin: Sorry about that. My mom loves to talk. Sometimes she calls just to tell me the latest gossip since dad doesn't listen to her. If I humor her she is more generous when I need a favor. Ironically it's probably what keeps her sane after I came out of the closet with them. She really wanted grandkids so I am not sure how I will do that. Anyway I apologize. Talking to my mom is like taking a cold shower so it kind of ruined the mood for me. Are you upset?

Kyle smiled back at Justin, "It's fine." As for children, "Well, that would be a long way off anyway." He shrugged. There was the option of having a surrogate or adoption and Kyle had to wonder why still so many people didn't think about gay people being able to have children. Still, it wasn't a topic for the moment. "Of course, I'm not upset. It's fine." The mood was killed but it wasn't as if Justin planned any of these interruptions. "Oh, Dawn texted me. Would you like to do something on Sunday? Just us and Dawn and April. I think I have the perfect place we can go."

Justin perked up at the idea of a double date. He smiled at Kyle and nodded at him. The idea of a date in public would be fun and he really loved the idea of having friends around.

Justin: Sounds great. Do we need to bring anything?

Kyle smiled, "Nope. I've got everything covered."

He quickly texted Dawn back and then focused his attention back on Justin. "As for all the rest of this," Kyle meant the making out, "I think it might just have to wait for another time but," he gave the other boy a short, gentle kiss on the lips, "There will be another time "

Justin savored the kiss hoping it would not be the last one he got to enjoy. After the kiss he opened his eyes and smiled at Kyle as he spoke up.

Justin: I look forward to that. In the meantime I might have to settle for you in my dreams.

Justin gave Kyle a wink as he smiled at him. For the first time in forever he felt like he found his prince.

Kyle grinned, "Well, then I guess we'll both be dreaming tonight. I should probably go though. It's not that long before curfew." He reluctantly stood up not really wanting to leave but time wasn't on their side tonight.

Justin took Kyle by the hand and held it gently as he was hoping to keep this moment going but knew it had to end soon. He looked up into Kyle's eyes and kissed him gently before he whispered to him.

Justin: Goodnight and sweet dreams.

Kyle returned the kiss and smiled at Justin's words. "Sweet dreams to you, as well. See you tomorrow." He lingered for just another moment before leaving and heading to his own room.

A moment later Jack arrived at the door and saw a giddy Justin. He greeted Justin and told him it was a long day and he was tired from drama overload. The two talked about their day as they filled in the gaps of their recent events.
