Lorem and Gemma Meet

Elizabeth smiled at Gemma. "Miss
Gemma, that is perfectly fine. We are still waiting on Baron Greenwood." She refrained from commenting on how, apparently, the Baron's time was more precious than everyone else's.

Sung shakes his head at Gemma's entrance but says nothing about her etiquette. Just gives a smile and leans on his cane.

Gemma nodded in greeting, "Morning, Mr Sung."

Dumont collected himself and redirected the attention to new introductions, "Gemma. I would like you to meet Fraulein Lorem Ipsum. She comes to us all the way from the industrial city of Barmen. Lorem, I'm pleased to introduce you to Miss Gemma Aberly."

Looking at Mr. Dumont "achim, Ms. Gemma " He says in Korean talking in a polite and professional tone.

Lorem almost squealed with excitement as she lit up like a Christmas tree. Fortunately the sound that escaped her involuntarily was hidden by Gemma making a racket upon entering. Lorem stopped what she was doing and shuffled quickly over. On route, she gave Mr. Dumont a thank you glance for the introduction.

She felt validated by Gemma’s appearance, for she herself was usually in such a state as well. Not like now, all dressed up for special occasions.

She curtseyed, as would be appropriate, “Lady Aberly, it is such an honor to finally meet you. I’ve been a huge admirer of your work and it has inspired me significantly in my own studies.” Her German accent was thicker because she was so charged emotionally with happiness. She hoped she wasn’t coming across as an adorably eager puppy dog.

Gemma couldn't help but grin at Lorem's enthusiastic greeting. She returned with her best attempt at a curtsey in her current getup, the corners of her eyes folding with genuine warmth.

"OH! That's too kind of you to say. Now yev gone and got' me blushin' like a right summer sunset..." she patted her hands to her cheeks and finally clapped them together as she approached the other gnome. "Dear me, look at ye... all kinds of warmth an' wonder. I am DELIGHTED to fina'ly meet ye. Please, please. Ye can call me Gemma."

Elizabeth smiled at the response from Lorem to meeting Gemma. Lorem was so elated and sweet about it. It did remind her just a little of herself, when she first met Countess Charbonneau, several years ago now.

"Lady Elizabeth," the sound of the Baron's voice came through the door, along with the Baron. "Are we ready to begin?"

Elizabeth took a breath, "I believe that is up to Miss Ipsum. Miss Ipsum are you ready to present your work?"

Elizabeth smiled at the response from Lorem to meeting Gemma. Lorem was so elated and sweet about it. It did remind her just a little of herself, when she first met Countess Charbonneau, several years ago now.
