She picked at an apple and a slowly cooling coffee waiting for anything to happen. Listening to the chatter around the table.

"Really? Apple and coffee?" said Plisken as he walked over to Jade.
"I'm sorry Plisken but I'm not really in the mood to talk, I-"
"Oh, no. I just came to get my tea."
"Oh," said Jade quietly as Plisken returned to his seat with a steaming cup Earl Grey. He broke open the book again and laid it on the table. His finger traced the index of the box and he muttered under his breath, "There must be one, there must be one."
His finger reached the end of the index and Plisken let out a soft sigh. The book was tossed into a pile of several other books that supposedly detailed every item on the Blue Dwarf.

"Mr. Niples?" said Plisken as he streched over to the rather pretentious ambassador.

"Mr. Plisken?" he replied cautiously, very few people adressed him in such a manner unlsess they wanted something.

"You would not happen to know where on the ship they keep the spare arms?"

"No."

"Dammit!" and Plisken thumped the desk.

"Still can't find it then?" said Garth smugly as he walked into the room.

Plisken sipped his tea and savoured the taste for longer than would be normal as he prepare a smart answer... "No," he said finally.

"So what drama did I miss?" said Garth sarcastically as he sat down beside Plisken and picked up one of the books, flicking to the index.

"Well Miss. Dr. Black fancies Alex," said Plisken and out of the corner of his eye he saw Jade blush slightly, "Jaxx and Evelina are in love still... if you can be in love with a shark guy who says 'dude' and 'bro' far too often and Seymour is being his usual helpful self."

"Having a good day then?" said Garth as his eyes quickly scanned the index numbers.

"Have you ever been aged faster than a normal human, been placed in an arean as an 80 year old man, told to fight, lost your fake arm and then had to make your own tea?"

"Found it," said Garth simply.

"Wai- what?" mouthed Plisken caught the book that Garth tossed him and studied the page, "Smeg."

"Come on, the arm should be on D Deck somewhere."

Plisken hurridly gulped his tea and jogged after Garth.

"Sorry if I embarssed you Miss. Dr. Black!" he called out as he follwed Garth to D-Deck.
