The Past in Sight

Erik felt Luna next to him, but was still fighting to find words. The rest had entered the cavern and they were soon joined by Dyvia, gaping at the sight of the bones.
"Looks like quite the dragon if you ask me, must have been a monster."
Caught in her thoughts, she jumped at the sound of Erik falling to his knees.
"Erik! What is it??"
The Jotun finally spoke, though it was distant and quiet.
"The bones of Jormungandr, the World Serpent. It was him who struck down Thor, but only after dying in combat."
Dyvia looked back at the bones once more, only know feeling the ancient magic still lingering.
