A Cold Dance Of Pain

Liden looked to Jin'Lor. "Looks like our pets are trying to flee..." She offered him her hand. "Shall we?"

Staring at her offered hand, Jin'Lor considered the pros and cons of joining this women. It was obvious she wanted the knowledge held in his head, but Ripper was another case. Of course, he loved the idea of torturing that dog more, but he really did not want this woman to get her hands on the AI within him. It had taken long years of his accursed human life to perfect that monstrosity, after all.

"I'll consider it, but I don't hold hands, doll." He informed her.

The Ninth Sister watched the combat unfold, all the while she had spotted the young Jedi she was bonded to, sensed the battle meditation she was attempting to cast. It wouldn't make a difference, with her own influence on the girl's mind and the power of the dark side clouding her judgement she would find it helped her friends little. Then she saw Ripper, her quarry, the one Lady Liden had grown interested in. She would have him, be it willingly or as a mangled pulp she didn't care.

She twirled her lightsaber and advanced on Ripper.

Ryze retrieved his lightsaber from RED-1 in time to see the Ninth Sister coming toward him. Activating the weapon, he growled lowly at her and shoved Quint back, knowing very well how stubborn the young Jedi was already. "Stay out of this, woman." He snapped.

Rushing at the Ninth Sister, Ryze slashed multiple times at high speed with his lightsaber as Ring cut at her from behind. He easily ignored any blaster assaults, his body easily healing at a rapid pace. The greatest concern on his mind was buying time so the others could get away - so Ghost could get away.

Ghost was too busy staring right at Jin'Lor just outside of the landing bay. Blue eyes went wide at the sight of him, something deep within her mind snapping. With a loud scream, she left Serenity with the others and was rushing toward him, both lightsabers out and ready to attack. The closer she got, the more determined she became, leaping toward him and slashing down with both weapons.

Jin'Lor laughed as he blocked with his knives, twisting to send the wolf eared woman tumbling in the snow. "Ghostie!" He chimed with a big grin. "It's been four years! Guess you really missed me, huh?"

Filled with adrenaline and a newfound hatred, Ghost was on her feet again and slashing at Jin'Lor. "Why?! Why?!" She screamed over and over again as each attack was blocked until he knocked both weapons from her hands. With a rough kick to her chest, he had the brunette on her back in the snow again and slammed his feet down onto her arms.

Looking to Darth Liden, the crazed man smiled with a horrible cruelty in his eyes. "This is how we deal with naughty children that never learned to obey their elders." He told her as he crouched down and stabbed one of his knives into Ghost's shoulder, eliciting a fresh scream from her as electricity coursed through her. "Want to know a secret, Ghostie?" He leaned down toward her ear. "It'll blow your mind..." Twisting the knife in her shoulder, he whispered into her ear for a long moment.

Pulling the knife up, he cut through the flesh and scraped at bone before getting the knife free. Blood was pouring from Ghost's shoulder, staining the snow around her as she turned her gaze toward the landing bay. Her gaze met Ryze's as he turned to yell at her, getting distracted from his fight with the Ninth Sister.

Fresh tears began to spill down her pale face.

"Tell Quint I still want that pretty rear of hers." Jin'Lor chuckled and stepped off of Ghost. He licked at the blood on his knife and he looked to Darth Liden. "You don't need Ripper if you have me." He explained. "I can make you all the monsters you want."
